What It Does
B304 is a form inviting architects to submit B305, the Architect's Qualification Statement. It allows the requester to provide the initial information, the intended form of agreement, prequalification conference details, delivery method, submission requirements, and the architect selection process. It provides owners with a structured questionnaire to compare firms based on relevant project experience, thereby supporting informed design team selection.
