What It Does
A104 is a stand-alone agreement with its own internal general conditions, intended for construction projects of limited scope and complexity. It accommodates stipulated-sum, cost-plus, and GMP payment methods. Use its Exhibit A, Determination of the Cost of the Work, for a cost-plus payment method.
