When To Use
Use G703™ when completing a G702 payment application to provide a line-by-line breakdown and the evidentiary detail needed to certify each progress payment. It should be prepared by the contractor as required by the General Conditions.
What It Does
G703 provides the line-by-line continuation sheet that supports each G702 payment application. It is used to document scheduled values, completed work to date, stored materials, retainage, prior payments, change order summary, and the current amount request. It provides owners, contractors, and architects with the evidentiary detail needed to verify and certify each progress payment accurately.
Additional Information
AIA does not publish a standard schedule of values form, though G703 is commonly referred to as the schedule of values.
