Use G907 when the contractor is required to provide a sworn statement describing all persons or entities having performed work or provided materials in furtherance of the contractor’s work for a period covered in a progress or final payment.
What It Does
G907 establishes the standard sworn construction statement, documenting that all parties who performed work or furnished materials have been paid or will be satisfied from the final payment. It protects project owners by requiring the contractor to formally account for all payment obligations before the final disbursement is released.
