What It Does
G703CW is a line-item cost tracking sheet attached to a payment application for cost-of-the-work projects. It tracks costs incurred, materials stored, and amounts remaining for each work item. It shows how actual costs differ from estimates and flags any funds that have been shifted between line items across payment periods.

This form is a tailored update to the G703, designed specifically for cost-of-the-work projects. AIA does not publish a standard schedule of values form, though G703CW is commonly referred to as the schedule of values.
