Use G737™ with G736 on CMa projects to form the complete project-level payment certification package for the architect's review. Only for Construction Manager as Advisor projects.
What It Does
G737 summarizes all individual contractor payment applications on CMa projects, supporting the project-level G736 application. Each contractor will submit a G732 payment application and a G703 continuation sheet to the CMa, who collects and compiles the totals to complete the G736. The CMa then signs G736, has it notarized, and submits it, along with G737, to the architect for additional certification. It gives owners and CM Advisors a consolidated overview of every contractor's payment request, enabling efficient review of the full payment picture at each project milestone.
