Use G731™ when the owner, contractor, architect, and construction manager as advisor on a CMa project have all reached an agreement on a change to the contract sum or time. This document is suitable for projects of any size.
What It Does
G731 is for implementing changes to the work agreed to by all four parties. It provides a clear, executed record of every modification, including any changes in the Contract Sum (or Guaranteed Maximum Price) and Contract Time. The owner, contractor, CMa, and architect are all signers on the document.
