Use G736™ to aggregate individual prime contractor payment applications into a single project-level application with G737, the Summary of Contractor's Applications for Payment. Only for Construction Manager as Advisor projects.
What It Does
G736 provides the project-level payment application for projects in which a construction manager, as Advisor, coordinates multiple prime contractors who have direct agreements with the owner. Each contractor will submit a G732 payment application and a G703 continuation sheet to the CMa, which collects and compiles them to complete the G736. It serves as a summary of the contractor's applications with totals. The CMa then signs G736, has it notarized, and submits it, along with G737, to the architect for additional certification. It simplifies the owner's review of the full payment picture for complex multi-contractor builds.
