Use G733™ when the owner, architect, or CMa needs to direct a change to the work before all parties have agreed on the price or time adjustment, so construction can continue without delay.
What It Does
G733 directs changes to the work on CMa projects before the parties agree on the adjustment, adding the CM Advisor as a required signatory. It gives owners the authority to direct work while creating a formally documented change record before negotiation of the final price and time adjustment. The contractor must proceed upon receipt.
