What It Does
B212 establishes the Architect’s scope, where they provide the owner with master planning services from a menu of services across four phases:
- Information, Research, and Data Gathering
- Analysis, Assessment, and Recommendation
- Design Alternatives
- Finalization of Master Plan
Only subsections specifically selected by the parties become required services.
