What It Does
G802 is used to amend AIA owner-architect agreements, such as B101, to document changes to the architect's scope, compensation, or other terms without reissuing the full contract. It can also be used to attach a scope-of-services exhibit to an existing agreement. It provides both parties with a streamlined amendment process that preserves the original agreement while creating a legally recognized record of every modification.
