Use A104™ RI on medium-sized State of Rhode Island projects where a streamlined, state-compliant contract is more proportional than the full A101 and A201 package.
What It Does
A104 RI provides the abbreviated owner-contractor agreement for Rhode Island state projects of limited scope and complexity. It is a stand-alone agreement with its own General Conditions. A104 can accommodate stipulated sum, cost plus, and GMP payment methods.
