When To Use
Use F201™ when a client and maintenance contractor have an existing F101 Master Maintenance Agreement and need to authorize a specific as-needed maintenance task. It can be used for:
- Phased as-needed maintenance services, or multiple types of as-needed maintenance services on a single property, where each work order represents each phase or service to be performed.
- As-needed maintenance services across multiple properties, where each work order represents the services performed at each property location.
What It Does
F201 issues a specific Work Order for an as-needed maintenance task under an established F101 Master Maintenance Agreement. Together, they form the contract between the client and the maintenance contractor for as-needed maintenance work. Work Orders keep the administrative process efficient while preserving the protection of the Master Agreement.
Additional Information
As-needed maintenance work includes building repairs and simple building improvements (e.g., roof repairs, façade painting, parking lot striping, HVAC repairs, small building upgrades, or tenant improvements).
