When To Use
Use F702™ when a maintenance contractor needs to submit a payment request for completed maintenance work. Owners, facility managers, or property managers can also request use of F702 to standardize maintenance contractors’ invoicing.
What It Does
F702 is the standard invoice form for maintenance contractors requesting payment, tying the invoice to the associated maintenance agreement or work order contract. The invoice includes a chart in which the contractor can describe the portions of maintenance work for which it is requesting payment and the corresponding amounts. The form is also used to provide supporting documents, such as receipts or subcontractor invoices. Contractors can include detailed payment instructions, such as wiring instructions, the check payee name, or the address to which payment should be sent.
