What It Does
F704 is a standard status report for maintenance contractors to communicate the progress of ongoing or as-needed work to clients over time. It requires identification of the associated Maintenance Agreement or Work Order. It also includes prompts for the contractor to describe the maintenance work performed and any related complaints and incidents.
