Use F701™ when a client and maintenance contractor need to formally amend an existing Maintenance Agreement or Work Order without reissuing the full contract.
What It Does
F701 identifies the specific contract being amended, as well as the nature of the amendment, including adjustments to the contractor’s compensation and schedule. It preserves the original agreement while clearly documenting changes to scope, schedule, or compensation in a format that both parties can readily execute.
