Use F705™ when a client and a maintenance contractor need to authorize the start of a defined scope of early-release maintenance work before the full maintenance agreement is executed.

What It Does
F705 authorizes early-release work: a smaller, predetermined portion of the Work before the parties come to an agreement. F705 defines the scope, schedule, compensation, and insurance and bond requirements for the early release work. It protects each party through formal documentation while accelerating urgent or time-sensitive tasks.
