Use C103™ when an owner needs to hire a consultant, such as engineers, specialists, and other non-architect professionals, under a flexible framework.
What It Does
C103 establishes the owner-consultant relationship for professional services, with the scope defined by an amendment. It includes the terms and conditions covering copyrights and licenses, claims and disputes, termination or suspension, and compensation. The consultant's scope must be inserted in Article 2 or attached as an exhibit.
