What It Does
C304 is a form inviting consultants to submit C305, the Consultant's Qualification Statement. It allows the requester to provide initial project information, including general information about the project, the intended form of agreement, project delivery method, submission requirements, and the consultant selection process. It enables structured evaluation of consultant experience, supporting informed decisions about which specialty firms to engage.
