When To Use
Use C203™ when an owner or architect needs to hire a commissioning consultant to systematically verify that building systems perform as designed; attach this scope document to the C103 owner-consultant agreement, its required companion, or as an addendum.
What It Does
C203 can be used to hire commissioning professionals or an architect to perform commissioning services. The scope covers the consultant’s role in preparing the owner’s project requirements, developing a commissioning plan, conducting commissioning-related design reviews, and consulting during the construction phase.
