Use B132™ KDE exclusively for large Kentucky Department of Education projects in which a construction manager serves as Advisor.
What It Does
B132 KDE is a standard form of agreement between owner and architect. It is coordinated with C132 KDE, under which the construction manager serves as an independent Advisor to the owner throughout the project. Both documents are based on the premise that one or more separate construction contractors will also contract directly with the owner, with those contracts jointly administered by the architect and construction manager under A232 KDE General Conditions, CMa Edition.
