A441 establishes the contractual relationship between design-builder and subcontractor on design-build projects. A441 flows down relevant provisions from the prime design-build agreement and incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of A141. Because design-build subcontractors often provide professional services, A441 accommodates that possibility.
