When To Use
Use A141PDB™ when the owner and design-builder want to collaboratively develop the design and scope. This document is suitable for any payment model or project size.
What It Does
A141PDB establishes the owner-design-builder agreement for progressive design-build projects. Exhibit B, Design-Build Amendment, is executed when the Owner and Design-Builder have agreed on the Contract Sum. A141 PDB provides owners and design-builders with a transparent, phased development process, protecting both parties through clearly staged commitments.
