Use G743™ when completing a G742 design-build payment application. This document is suitable for any size project or payment method.
What It Does
G743 provides the continuation sheet for payment applications on design-build projects, documenting each line item's scheduled value, completion status, and materials stored. It pairs with G742 to provide both parties with a standardized payment process, ready for owner certification. The design-builder documents the status of the contract sum to date, including work completed and stored, retainage, previous payments, change order summary, and the current amount requested.

AIA does not publish a standard schedule of values form. The schedule of values is prepared per Sections 9.2 of A141 and 10.2 of A141PDB.
