What It Does
G741S implements agreed changes between a design-builder and subcontractor at the subcontract level. Execution and signature by both parties indicate full agreement to all terms of the change, including any changes to the contract sum, guaranteed maximum price, or contract time. It gives both parties a standardized change order that records the adjustment and creates a clear audit trail for scope changes throughout the design-build process
