What It Does
B253 provides the Architect’s scope of services for furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) design. The Architect’s scope of work includes Programming Services and Basic Services: Schematic Design, Design Development, FF&E Documents, FF&E Procurement, and FF&E Contract Administration. It gives owners a focused scope for FF&E-only design services and gives architects a clear definition of their deliverables and coordination responsibilities.
