Use A101® KDE when contracting for a stipulated sum school construction project administered by the District Facilities Branch of the Kentucky Department of Education. This agreement is state-specific and suitable for large school projects.

A101 KDE sets the terms between the owner and the contractor for fixed-price Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) school construction projects. It incorporates KDE-mandated amendments into AIA's standard stipulated sum framework and references the A201 KDE General Conditions.
