When To Use
Use E202™ when building information models that will be shared among all project participants, but no model versions will be enumerated as contract documents. Attach this Exhibit to all of the contracts throughout the project. This document is suitable for any size project.
What It Does
E202 is intended to be used when Models will be shared among all Project Participants, but this exhibit does not permit Model Versions to be enumerated as a Contract Document, meaning models are informational rather than contractually binding. E202 establishes usage rights and reliance limitations for shared digital data, protecting all parties when models do not carry formal contractual weight.
