Use A101® SCOSE when contracting for a stipulated sum project administered by the South Carolina Office of State Engineer. This agreement is appropriate for large or complex-scale work.

A101 SCOSE sets the terms between owner and contractor for fixed-price projects administered by the South Carolina Office of State Engineer. It incorporates SCOSE-mandated modifications into AIA's standard stipulated sum framework and references the A201 SCOSE General Conditions.
