When To Use
Use G702S™ when a subcontractor needs to formally apply for a progress payment from a general contractor. It is prepared by the subcontractor as required by the General Conditions. This document is suitable for any size project.
What It Does
G702S, along with a G703S Continuation Sheet, provides complete forms for the subcontractor to apply for payment. The subcontractor documents the contract sum to date, including work completed and stored, retainage, prior payments, change order summary, and the current amount requested. The supportive G703S breaks the contract sum into portions of the work in accordance with a schedule of values.
