When To Use
Use E205™ when a Design Architect and Architect of Record are performing services concurrently on the same project and need to formally allocate design ownership, document responsibilities, and professional liability between them.
What It Does
E205 is an exhibit that includes standard architectural services and a responsibility matrix in which the parties can indicate the degree of responsibility each architect will have for each service. It must be attached to an agreement and is not a stand-alone document.
