When To Use
Architects can use D200™ throughout all phases of a construction project as a comprehensive task-management checklist, from programming through post-occupancy. This document is suitable for any size project.
What It Does
The D200 project checklist is a convenient listing of tasks a practitioner may perform on a given project. This checklist will assist the architect in recognizing required tasks and in locating the data necessary to fulfill assigned responsibilities. It provides space for notes on actions taken, task assignments, and time frames for completion. In that respect, it can serve as a permanent record of owner, contractor, and architect decisions and actions throughout the project.
