When To Use
Use C101™ when two or more professional entities are forming a joint venture to pursue or perform a large project as a single entity.
What It Does
C101 defines the mutual rights and obligations for all parties forming a joint venture to pursue a project together. Once established, the joint venture will enter into an agreement with the owner to provide professional services. This agreement sets forth the governance provisions and the parties' respective ownership interests.

The parties may be all architects, all engineers, or a combination of both.
