What It Does
B135 is an owner-architect agreement for collaborative project delivery where a construction manager at risk is on the team. The agreement supports a collaborative approach and cost transparency from early design through construction. This project structure leverages the expertise of the owner, architect, and CMc throughout the full project lifecycle to the benefit of all. These documents include IPD principles, such as team management and open communication, to enable greater collaboration throughout the project.
