When To Use
Use B121™ when an owner expects to hire the same architect on multiple future projects and wants a single Master Agreement governing all engagements. The use of B121 plus a Service Order creates a contract referred to as the Service Agreement.
What It Does
B121 establishes a Master Agreement governing the owner-architect relationship across multiple service orders. It establishes common terms and conditions for all future owner-architect service engagements. Individual B221 Service Orders are then issued for each project scope, reducing negotiation overhead while preserving flexibility for each engagement.
