When To Use
Use A145™ on smaller or less complex design-build projects where a simplified agreement is more proportional than the full A141.
What It Does
A145 is an abbreviated version of A141 that establishes the agreement between the owner and the design-builder for less complex design-build projects. It consolidates the core agreement and the Design-Build Amendment (Exhibit A) into a streamlined document executed upon agreement of the contract sum.
