Use G741™ when the owner and design-builder on a design-build project have reached an agreement on a change. This document is suitable for projects of any size or payment method.
What It Does
G741 implements changes in the work agreed to by the owner and design-builder. Execution indicates agreement on all terms of the change, including adjustments to contract sum, guaranteed maximum price, and contract time. Both parties must sign the completed form before it takes effect.
