Use A152™ when you need a purchase order agreement to buy goods from a vendor for delivery to a project site, without onsite assembly or installation by the vendor. This document is suitable for nearly any type of goods purchase.
What It Does
A152 is a purchase order for situations in which a purchaser buys goods from a vendor for delivery to a project site. This purchase order allows the parties to enter a description of the goods, identify the price and payment terms, and add delivery requirements. It must be paired with its companion Exhibit A, Terms and Conditions.
Additional Information
A152 is governed by the law of the place where the project is located, including the jurisdiction’s Uniform Commercial Code as adopted.
